- This center support system is designed to work with wooden bed rails. With it's head-to-foot center rail and two cross rails, it provides the strength needed to hold your bed. Heavy Duty support is offered using 2 legs with adjustable glides on the center rail. One size fits all: adjusts between 7" and 11-13/16" tall. This center support accommodates Queen, King, and California King beds.
When installed in your bed, the two cross rails will go side-to-side and rest on the inner 'lip' of the wood bed rails, and the center rail with the glides will run head-to-foot.
