What Does My Order Status Mean?


Processing - Your order is being carefully reviewed by one of our staff members, undergoing special fraud prevention checks, and the payment is being processed.


Sent to Warehouse - Your order has been sent to one of our Fulfillment Centers, where each product will be hand-picked and packed for safe and quick transit to you!


Shipped - Out of the warehouse and on the road! An e-mail will be sent to the address on your order with tracking information (also available on the Order Status page). Information may be delayed on the carrier's website according to their update frequency.


Held for Address Verification - Either our computers didn't recognize the address on your order, or the billing and shipping information on the order is different. Right now, we're holding onto your order until one of our representatives can get in touch with you to manually verify this information. You can speed this step up by calling us toll-free at 1-800-358-6731 with your Order Number so we can clear any questions and get your order processed!


Payment Due - Your order has a balance due. Please contact us to pay this balance.
